What You Will Do

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and optimize processes.
• Perform product and process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards.
• Proficient in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead

• More than 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the electronics industry.
• Knowledge of advanced quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience supporting customer quality requirements and external audits.
• Certifications related to Quality Management or Continuous Improvement.
