Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Blatná is currently seeking applicants for a Quality Engineer.

Job Location:

The branch in Blatná is the oldest production location in the Czech Republic. It is located at Paštická 1243 and Paštická 1096. It was founded in 1994. It manufactures products such as capacitors, converters, trimmers, which are part of power plants, shipbuilding and aviation industries. It currently employs approximately 560 employees.

What you will be doing:

• Responsibility for quality management

• Production control and management of non-conforming processes

• Analysis of scrap rates, finding causes and corrective measures

• Communication with other departments

• Optimization and improvement of processes with an emphasis on increasing productivity and production quality

What will you bring along:

• University/secondary school education with an electrical engineering focus

• Professional knowledge in production

• Knowledge of Czech and English in both written and spoken form

• Knowledge of working with a PC (Word, Excel, Access)

• Independence, diligence, reliability, conscientiousness

• Organizational skills, willingness and ability to cooperate

• Group B driver's license

• Willingness to travel

• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, ...)

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
