Quality Engineer

In this role, you won't just be reviewing specs—you will be the strategic driver of our ODM partners, ensuring product excellence from the early NPI design stage, through factory manufacturing, to real-world market success. Core Responsibilities

  • ODM Leadership: Act as the primary quality window to govern external ODM partners, ensuring their manufacturing processes align with our brand standards.
  • NPI Design Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams during early development to proactively mitigate risks and inject "lessons learned" into new product designs.
  • Factory & Process Control: Monitor manufacturing yields at supplier sites, review quality control plans (Control Plans/PFMEA), and drive root-cause analysis for line defects.
  • Market Quality Tracking: Track customer/market quality feedback, analyze field return trends, and lead continuous improvement projects (CIP) with ODMs to optimize product reliability.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Host regular quality reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners to sync on performance metrics and technical resolutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the electronics/hardware industry (experience in SQE, CQE, PQA, or Quality Project Management is highly preferred).
  • Key Skills: Good communication skills to collaborate with internal R&D and external manufacturers. Familiarity with basic quality tools (8D, Root-cause analysis, Pivot tables/Data tracking).
  • Language: Ability to communicate and write reports in English (professional working proficiency).

Plus Clause -

  • Experience with ODM/OEM vendor management or factory auditing.
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycles (NPI process).
