    Drive manufacturing cell performance improvements, focusing on SRR and PPM reduction initiatives.

    Review and approve non-conforming parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    Lead and drive timely closure of 8D reports for customer escapes, ensuring robust root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.

    Provide disposition for cell-related Quality Notifications (QN) and non-conformances in a timely and accurate manner.

    Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational review meetings, contributing to quality performance discussions and action tracking.

    Maintain and update Tier 3 and Quality Improvement Center (QIC) charts to reflect current performance metrics and trends.

    Lead and facilitate Pre-QIC meetings to ensure alignment on key quality issues and improvement plans.

    Monitor and report daily Real-Time Performance Reporting (RTPR) metrics.

    Conduct regular reviews of Quality Notifications (QN) and Problem Reports (PR) to ensure proper closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.

    Review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

    Provide on-site shop floor support, including Andon response, to address real-time quality issues.

    Act as focal point for aging QN reduction, ensuring timely resolution and closure of outstanding issues.

    Serve as Lead Process Audit (LPA) focal point, driving audit execution and compliance.

    Act as the focal point for customer returns, ensuring proper handling, investigation, and closure.

    Prepare and maintain QIC charts to support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Provide disposition for customer return rework, ensuring adherence to quality and engineering requirements.

    Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including evaluation and disposition of non-conforming materials.

    Lead and drive QIC improvement initiatives to enhance overall product and process quality.

    Provide support for Hardware Failure Quality Analysis (HFQA) activities.

    Support Manufacturing Process Reviews (MPR) and conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) reviews to mitigate risks and improve process robustness.

    Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.]

    Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

    Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

    Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

    Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
    management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

    Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

    Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
