This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to solve complex challenges, strengthen compliance, and elevate quality systems. How you’ll make an impact
Drive compliance to standard work and implement effective process controls
Investigate defects, test failures, and customer issues to identify root causes
Lead corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
Analyze production and quality data to support problem-solving efforts
Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and PFMEAs
Conduct process and product audits to ensure quality standards are met
Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory reviews
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and process control methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., root cause analysis, Lean, DMAIC)
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
