Are you a Quality Engineer who wants to build things properly — not just test them after the fact? We’re building React (Next.js) components that integrate into existing digital channels. These components don’t live in isolation — they operate within a broader ecosystem of APIs, data flows, and dependencies. We’re looking for someone who can help ensure quality is built into that system from the start. ( There’s a small mistake somewhere in this ad. If you spot it, you’ll probably enjoy this role)

About The Role

You won’t be here just to “test features.” You’ll work with teams from the beginning — shaping how quality is approached across the lifecycle:

• from idea and design

• through development and integration

• to production and real usage

Your focus is simple: reduce risk early, not detect it late.

What you’ll be working with

• Systems where data, integrations, and dependencies matter

• Define test plans based on risk, not templates

• Help design for testability and fast feedback

• Ensure automation is part of development, not an afterthought

• Focus on API contracts, integrations, and data flows

• Build confidence through CI/CD pipelines that people trust

About The Team

We’re a mix of people from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia and Denmark. We build digital solutions that integrate into existing channels and need to work reliably in real-world conditions. We’re curious about new tech, but we also care about making things actually work.

Who you are

You’re an experienced quality engineer who thinks in systems, not test cases. You focus on where things can break — and how to catch that early. You’re comfortable deciding what to test, where, and why, and just as comfortable saying “this doesn’t need a test here.”

You work closely with developers and product, challenge assumptions when needed, and help turn unclear ideas into something testable.

You care about fast, reliable feedback, not just adding more tests.

You also have

• Experience working across frontend and backend systems (React/Next.js + .NET/C#)

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns

• Hands-on experience with automation across levels (unit, integration, selective UI)

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Ability to spot risk early — in design, not just in production
