Location: Su Zhou Shi,Jiang Su Sheng,China
Main Responsibilities:
1. Complete and maintain the project quality control and build up the quality gate for quality product risk control.
2. Follow APQP milestone, do PPAP documents expertly for new product development including SPC, MSA, PPAP.
3. Work with core team to improve FPY internal, and window person with oversea for quality issue handling.
4. Conduct in solving quality issues experienced by customers (internal & external).
5. Supervise process control on-site, also including maintains the supplier corrective action system, follow up 8D and train suppliers on quality tools & methodology.
6. Quality control of supplier part developing, verify parts in the "PPAP" process within the target dates.
7. Statistic KPI monthly, also maintain global strategy system.
8. Involve Global SOP to improve local manufactory quality.
9. Customer complaint handling for local and oversea.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors Degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical fields.
2. Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrated experience to perform statistical analysis.
3. Strong problem solving skill with 8D,KT and so on.
4. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 in plus.
5. Familiar with APQP 5 core tools, including PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC.
6. At least 5 years or above experience in Quality Engineering or related discipline within the manufacturing industry.
7. Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork.
8. Strong written and verbal communication English.
