Quality Engineer

The role is responsible for all customer quality activities to make sure the all the products service meets the customer requests accordingly

Responsibilities

· Management of Customer Concerns in line with Company systems, and procedures to the satisfaction of the Customer.

· Management of specific projects and associated project planners.

· Customer and supplier liaison.

· PPAP/ ISIR checking , Sample inspection and submission .

· Build good relationship with customers and promote Optimas from technical service aspect

· Failure investigation for customer return

· Equipment daily maintenance and on-time calibration(Laboratory management)

· Customer return management and supplier incoming reject management

· Comprehensive 8D report management and all quality data management according to quality system requests

· Technical/drawing review with customers

· Basic technical support

· Training program for customer&supplier&internal

· Other jobs assigned by manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Above 3 years' professional experience in automotive industry as quality engineer.

· University degree or above

· Good skills in English speaking, reading and writing

· Training in ISO9001, IATF 16949, having a certificate is better.

· Strong knowledge of relevant quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PDCA

· Personal Integrity

· Hard working and has a strong sense of duty

· Good communication skills

· Open minded and is positive towards any difficulties or set backs

· Excellent interpersonal skills
