Our dynamic Richmond, VA facility is seeking a top talent to develop strategic plans, improve processes, and ensure top-notch product quality
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to elevate product quality and production output.
Establish and maintain quality standards, testing systems, and process documentation.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending effective solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and products.
Assist in developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS).
Analyze inspection results and document findings for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
5+ years of experience in automotive quality engineering (required).
Experience with APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC (required).
Injection molding experience (required).
Strong understanding of ISO/IATF 16949 standards (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic SAP knowledge (a plus).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
German language skills are a plus! Relocation support and corporate housing options are available.
