Key Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships: Understand their needs and translate them into internal action plans.
Master of Quality Control: Manage documentation, problem-solving efforts, and data collection systems.
Proactive Problem Prevention: Identify and eliminate non-conformance issues before they impact customers.
Independent Problem Solver: Lead corrective action for product, process, and quality system concerns.
Audit Expert: Conduct routine internal and external audits to maintain ISO/TS compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Certified Quality Engineer, or combo of education & experience.
3+ years manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
1 year experience in supplier & customer quality engineering.
1 year experience in automotive APQP.
Basic AIAG/IATF/16949 knowledge.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability for 25% travel (including international).
