What You Will Do:

In this role,you’llsupport the Quality Operations team inmaintainingproduct quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.You’llwork closely with cross-functional teams across the business toidentifyand solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturing

• Participate in investigations and root cause analysis

• Contribute to process improvements and quality data analysis

• Support change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviews

• Collaborate in internalaudits

• Support validation activities under supervision

• Assistwith product holds and containment actions

• Contributeindaily cases related to assigned project and products

• Gradually contribute to certain processes as an eventually Process Owner

• Leading role in contact with other Stryker sites and respectfullyStrykerDivisions in quality related topics.

• Dealing with quality related topics with Stryker Skawina Operations, Planning, Logistics, etc.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field

• Around 2 years’ experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment

• Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality system regulations (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative team

• Proficiencyin English and Polish (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of SAP/MES systems and Windchill will be considered anadditionaladvantage

Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process

Travel Percentage: 10%
