Working within the Business Unit High Voltage Products, this role offers the opportunity to stay close to customers, understand how advanced technologies meet real‑world needs, and ensure products and solutions are delivered with the highest quality standards. You will collaborate across manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams to continuously improve products and processes, while taking ownership of quality methodologies that drive customer satisfaction.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, solving complex quality challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that matter.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you’ll make an impact
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address customer‑specific quality requirements
Analyze customer feedback and contribute to cross‑functional quality improvement projects
Partner with Local Assembly Units to implement and monitor risk mitigation actions
Maintain and update PFMEA across product and process lifecycles
Analyze quality data, test results, and trends to identify improvement opportunities
Support process performance initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma activities
Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving methodologies
Provide training and guidance on quality and process performance practices
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of relevant industry experience with quality management concepts and processes
Experience with SAP Quality Module and SAP S/4HANA preferred
Certification or experience in continuous improvement and problem‑solving methods
Ability to address quality issues promptly and effectively
Willingness to travel up to 50% to Local Assembly Units
