About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Zhangjiagang.

What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer:

• Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase.
• Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP.
• Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across.
• Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
• Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and
• Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.

Your Profile as Quality Engineer:

• Min. 3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
• Process Quality experience is required.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• Familiar with IATF16949, Quality tools, Poka Yoke, Project Management.
