What will you do?
You will be responsible for managing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our production environment. Your role will include the development and implementation of quality control plans, conducting audits, and providing necessary training to personnel on quality practices.
How will you do it?
Develop and execute quality assurance policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
Perform regular quality audits and inspections on processes and products.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control methodologies and tools.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
+3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality control.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred:
Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar.
Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
