We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards, investigating product or process issues, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
Support internal quality systems and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve product and process concerns.
Review nonconforming material and assist in improving inspection and quality processes.
Support new product launches and ensure quality requirements are met.
Assist with audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or similar standards.
Understanding of inspection methods, blueprint reading, and measurement techniques.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
