Job Description

Primary Job Purpose:

• Develop, implement and improve the department and product total quality system to ensure product specifications are met.
• Facilitate quality improvement to the product and process by providing technical guidance in QE tools applications.
• Perform system and or process audit to ensure quality system compliance.
• Develop and implement preventive quality initiatives to achieve customer quality target.
• Lead Material Review Board meeting on disposition of non-conforming material and drive for actions to resolve non-conforming case.
• Monitor First Time Quality reviews and drive for improvement on top issues.
• Respond on customer returns and drive for effective actions to address customer returns.
• Drive for achieve customer satisfaction and meeting targets in customer scorecard.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Compute Engineering/Physics/Material Science.
• Experience in a semiconductor or automotive electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in application of quality engineering tools, Six sigma, quality system implementation (TS 16949/QS 9000/ ISO 9000), reliability or failure analysis will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
