The Quality Engineer ensures that all installation, commissioning, and handover activities for genset systems within data center projects are executed in full compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role provides technical oversight, supports issue resolution, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates closely with internal teams and customer representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all on-site activities.
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and checklists.
• Lead quality inspections, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Validate installation and mechanical works against design intent and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare formal quality reports for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including commissioning teams, subcontractors, and customer quality representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices across projects.
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and compliance standards.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering preferred).
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
