We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Lead and support quality initiatives across production, including core, mold, and finishing processes
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Conduct root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys) and implement sustainable solutions
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve processes and reduce defects
Assist with customer quality concerns, investigations, and documentation
Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment preferred
Strong knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement, and statistical analysis
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
