Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality assurance and control processes across all construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and policies to ensure project compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks at project sites.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality assurance and control reports for management and clients.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with project managers and site teams.
• Review and approve materials, equipment, and methods to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance processes and standards.
• Monitor compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency in project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, with a minimum of 6 years in the UAE.
  • Strong background in quality assurance and control in construction projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
