Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
2. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
3. Monitor production processes and perform audits to ensure compliance
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability
5. Maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance
6. Support product developments, End to End management and supplier quality management
7. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends
8. Focal point of contact for plant audits
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master07s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
3. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards, FMEA, SPC)
4. Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Experience working with international teams and suppliers
8. Excellent English language skills
9. Willingness to travel
