Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. In recent years, ALFE has emerged as the top French company in terms of investment in Taiwan's manufacturing industry. Presently, ALFE boasts a workforce of over 780 employees and maintains a strong presence with 40 offices and plants located in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as the major Science Parks across Taiwan, providing critical high-quality industrial gases, specialty gases, and advanced materials.
In the framework of Group policies and ISO 9001 Quality standards, provide support in order to implement, maintain, and eliminate waste, using continuous improvement methods and philosophy, in order to support operations, logistics and sales.
1. Drive effective quality management systems and processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Promote quality awareness and a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Analyze, evaluate and report on data to improve performance, enhance quality processes / products, minimize cost and provide reliable and robust data.
5. Track, report and maintain quality dashboards.
1. Bachelor degree in science, engineering, quality management, business admin or other related field
2. 3+ years experience in quality management
