About the Team

The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team to ensure consistent policy comprehension internally and improve moderation quality through audit, QA, and calibration in partnership with enforcement teams

- Define standards and SOPs to evaluate and improve LLM reasoning, generating high-quality data to support model training, evaluation, and policy enforcement

- Establish AI-powered research frameworks to enable effective policy analysis, identify gaps, and support policy iteration and development

- Translate data insights into clear strategies and actionable team priorities

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc.) to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of initiatives

- Navigate competing priorities and constraints across stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes

- Drive clear and effective communication across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
