Job Description

The Quality Director will be responsible for building and enforcing a robust quality system across the denim plant, ensuring that all products meet internal standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in denim quality, testing, and compliance, along with proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality standards across processes
• Ensure alignment between development approvals and production

• Oversee testing, inspections, and audits
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Reduce defects and rework, and work closely with Plant and Development teams

• Ensure issues are resolved before bulk production

• Build and lead quality teams and develop a quality culture across the plant
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in textile quality, preferably in denim manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, quality systems, and compliance standards
• Proven experience in leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Fluent in Spanish (required); English preferred
