Quality Director Opportunity: Quality Director will lead hospital-wide Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives Oversees compliance initiatives, survey readiness, and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal requirements Partners with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions Quality Director emphasizes quality and compliance to promote quality patient care; fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence Quality Director Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting, with experience in Performance Improvement and regulatory surveys Previous Quality Director roles are a plus!
