Your responsibilities

• Analyze quality, process, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable business impact.
• Facilitate improvement initiatives, root cause analyses, and problem-solving activities across manufacturing sites.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that support fact-based decision-making and performance visibility.
• Support the continuous development of Valmet's Quality Management System in line with applicable standards.
• Build strong networks across functions and locations to share best practices and implement sustainable improvements globally.

Expectations for you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive improvement initiatives and business results.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel as needed.
