Purpose of the Role

The Quality Data Expert plays a central role in ensuring data-driven quality management across the organization. This position supports strategic and operational decision-making by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, managing data flows from ERP and quality systems, and implementing advanced analytics tools including AI to proactively identify quality risks.

Target and Tasks

• Creation of quality dashboards aligned with Policy Deployment objectives
• KPI management using data from ERP systems and connected quality applications
• Implementation of AI tools to detect critical quality situations in advance
• Execution of ad hoc data analyses upon request from the direct manager
• Monthly KPI reporting at Group and AAG Headquarter level
• Preparation of KPI reports for the annual Management Review
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of tools in ASAP, SRM, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize quality performance
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reporting tools
• Collaborate with IT and quality teams to integrate AI-based monitoring solutions
• Provide timely and accurate data insights to support management decisions
• Document and maintain reporting processes and tool configurations
• Support internal and external audits with relevant data and reports
