Short Description

Serves as records administrator to ensure compliance with Quality Systems, ISO 9001, and Nuclear Safety Related (NSR) requirements and assure program integrity. Prepares for and participates in internal and external vendor/customer audits related to battery manufacturing. Responsible for controlled document retention, change management and compliance. Issues and tracks required employee training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the maintenance of plant document and data control systems within the applicable database.
• Serves as administrator for document retention and change managemant through the DCR (Document Change Request) process.
• Assists all department personnel with document integrity using Quality Control methods.
• Launches and tracks required employee training and reference materials to ensure complaince.
• Serves as administrator for audits including tracking of meeting minutes, corrective action, material review, and internal audit systems.
• Provides required documentaiton to auditors and coordinates audit activities.

• Ability to maintain and administer an electronic document and data control system.
• Ability to develop and follow written procedures
• Skill in data entry, running reports, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher).

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required: High School diploma or the equivalent. Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office, database and reporting functions.

Preferred: Associate's degree in data management, office administration or the equivalent plus one year related experience in manufacturing, including intermediate computer skills.
