Egis is an international engineering, consulting and operations group, delivering sustainable solutions in the fields of transport, urban development, buildings, water, environment, energy and services.
The Group supports public and private clients throughout the entire lifecycle of projects, from design and construction to operations and asset management, with a strong focus on performance, quality, safety, innovation and sustainability.
Within Egis, the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Service Line is dedicated to the operation, maintenance and performance optimisation of complex infrastructures, particularly in airport, rail, road and mobility environments.
O&M teams ensure safe, reliable, compliant and high-performing operations, while continuously improving processes, service quality and operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of each site.
Quality is a core pillar of the QHSE approach within O&M, supporting operational consistency, compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all sites.
As part of strengthening quality management and harmonising practices across its operational sites, Egis O&M is pursuing a continuous improvement approach to enhance its QHSE Quality processes and frameworks.
The objective is to structure, improve and standardise the quality-related processes, tools, templates and guidelines that support the mobilisation, structuring and day‑to‑day operation of O&M and concession sites, ensuring consistent and efficient quality management.
This work covers the full scope of QHSE processes, from site mobilisation to operations, and applies across a wide range of O&M activities (airports, rail, road and mobility).
This internship is fully embedded in a practical, field‑oriented continuous improvement approach, closely aligned with operational realities and directly supporting the enhancement of process quality and performance across O&M entities.
Internship objective
The main objective of this internship is to contribute to the structuring, improvement and harmonisation of QHSE Quality processes across Egis O&M, by consolidating and enhancing the tools, templates, processes and guidelines that support consistent and efficient performance management throughout the O&M projects.
