  • Monitor site activities through regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality controls, ensure processes are followed and support development of field staff
  • Track and manage non-conformances, actions and improvement initiatives through to close-out
  • Analyse and report on quality performance through preparation of reports and compilation of statistical data
  • Embed quality in daily operations by working closely with delivery teams to integrate quality practices into routine workflows
  • Build stakeholder relationships with the client and the project certifier to ensure alignment and support.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with experience or exposure to quality, compliance or document control within construction, infrastructure or a similar environment. You understand the importance of quality systems in achieving successful project outcomes.

You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with systems, reporting and documentation. You have the ability to present and communicate across all levels. You take a structured approach and are confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with teams on site and in the office. You’re proactive, reliable and take pride in ensuring work is delivered to the right standard.

This is a great opportunity to build your capability within a high-performing team and contribute to projects that deliver lasting value for the community.

Join Fulton Hogan and be part of a team that’s delivering real outcomes for communities. If you’re looking to contribute to a project that makes a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supported by a team that values safety, teamwork and getting the job done right. Bring your experience, build your career, and help us shape infrastructure we can all be proud of.
