We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team in Qatar, to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our QHSSE MS in relation to the ISO standards. Could it be you?

If selected, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and industry best practices while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Requirements

What would your day at GAC look like?

• Conducting internal audits

• Coordinating 3rd party external audits

• Implementing ‘Customer Related Processes’ under ISO

• Assisting reportingQuality reporting in the system and root cause analysis to determine corrective actions

• Assisting the development, implementation and maintenance of QHSSE policies, procedures, and manuals.

• Conducting in-house training for ISO- programmes.

• Supporting QHSSE campaigns.

• System administration for Quality Oline Systems (audits, reporting, document control, contractor management, customer surveys etc.)

• Monitoring adherence to ISO standards and assisting with certification recertification processes.

• Coordinating with internal and external - Quality representative and related teams

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and positive safety behavior across the organisation.

What are we looking for?

1. Degree level education (is preferable, but the right graduate will be considered)

2. Years’ experience in the same or related role

3. Completed ‘Internal Auditors Course’ and other QHSSE related certifications

4. Relevant software expertise and certifications / licenses

5. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents

7. Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Excel

8. Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
