Objectives:
Communicate quality objectives for improvement activities within the specialized Quality Department and the Production Unit. Implement robust process controls, statistical quality sampling, program launches, and product transfers in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure proper follow-up of in‑process quality controls; analyze IPPM, RPPM, and WC data; ensure timely responses to customer issues; and monitor the effectiveness of internal and external analyses to drive improvement of quality indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Support and development of quality requirement controls for the customer, including policies, procedures, and plans.
  • Collaborate in the execution of internal audits.
  • Perform statistical process control methods, measurement systems analysis, and R&R studies. Maintain documentation support and data records.
  • Prepare specific internal quality reports for customers.
  • Monitor and perform trend analysis and reporting.
  • Develop, update, and audit Control Plans to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and act as a communication source for new quality issues.
  • Lead plant meetings to discuss quality issues (QWR).
  • Read and interpret drawings and/or specifications.
  • Prepare required quality reports.
  • Maintain control of current production processes and develop poka‑yoke processes.
  • Perform trial-and-error analysis and make product quality decisions based on customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality systems for use within the production plant.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.
  • Comply with assigned activities related to biosecurity measures and COVID‑19 protocols.
  • Maintain a better organized, cleaner, and more orderly work environment through the application of 5S.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field

Experience Requirements

3+ years of experiecne in automotive industry (Wire Harness is a must)

Advanced english level
