Job Description

Our client is an Int’l Quality Management Services company provide full purchasing services (QC, CSR compliance related services, purchasing projects, factory audits, and lean management).

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and report AQL based inspections.
  • Communicate customers’ quality requirements to factories and follow up on adherence to these requirements.
  • Preproduction meetings, inline and final inspections.
  • Anticipate and analyze quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
  • Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases.
  • Prepare, consolidate, update and file inspection reports in a timely manner.
  • Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements.
  • Conduct independent PPI, DPI and PSI inspections in China.
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in related filed.
  • 2-3 years relative experience.
  • Experience in independent quality control work in hard goods / garments or textiles.
  • With factory audit experience an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of how to plan, execute and report inspections as well as analyse result and corrective actions at site.
  • Accepting flexible working hours and frequent travel in China – based in Hong Kong.
  • Fluent Cantonese with a good command of Mandarin and English in speaking, reading and writing.
