Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) procedures are consistently followed throughout the workshop.
• Verify that all vehicle repairs and services meet company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests to ensure compliance with agreed performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Accurately record inspection findings and road test results on the relevant job cards and repair orders.
• Assist and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers on quality-related matters to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle delivery.
• Support the workshop in maintaining a high "Fix It Right First Time" ratio by identifying and preventing repeat repairs.
• Collect, maintain, and update records of work carried out, ensuring all job cards and repair orders are accurate and complete.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with workshop standards.
• Assist the maintenance team with the calibration, servicing, and upkeep of workshop equipment.
• Actively comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Support workshop operations by carrying out additional duties as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.

Role Purpose

To ensure all serviced vehicles meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance by conducting comprehensive inspections, road tests, and quality checks, while supporting the workshop in delivering vehicles right the first time and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Quality Controller, Vehicle Inspector, Workshop Quality Controller, or in a similar automotive aftersales role.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive service, repair processes, and vehicle inspection techniques.
• Experience conducting vehicle inspections and road tests.
• Ability to identify repair quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Familiarity with job cards, repair orders, and workshop documentation.
• Understanding of manufacturer quality standards and workshop best practices.

Software Skills:

• Computer literate with the ability to use dealership management systems and standard computer applications.

Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, teamwork, customer focus, accountability, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
