Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and processes are consistently followed.
• Inspect serviced and repaired vehicles to ensure the quality of work meets company and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and road tests to verify vehicle performance, safety, and repair quality.
• Record inspection and road test results accurately and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Identify any quality concerns, defects, or incomplete repairs and coordinate with relevant workshop personnel for corrective action.
• Assist and advise Service Advisors and Technicians on quality-related matters to ensure vehicles are delivered correctly and on time.
• Support the achievement and maintenance of the "Fix It Right First Time" ratio by identifying and preventing repeat repairs and quality issues.
• Assist customers and internal stakeholders with technical and quality-related matters as required.
• Collect and maintain accurate information and data relating to work completed on vehicles.
• Ensure all relevant inspection results and quality-related information are updated in job cards and repair orders.
• Monitor vehicle presentation and ensure vehicles meet the required standards before delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean and organized working areas and support workshop housekeeping standards.
• Assist the maintenance team with the calibration, servicing, and upkeep of relevant workshop equipment.
• Support other workshop activities and perform related duties as required.
• Actively participate in and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and company policies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.

Role Purpose

To examine serviced and repaired vehicles and ensure that all work completed meets the required standards of quality, performance, safety, and presentation before customer delivery, while supporting the workshop in achieving a high "Fix It Right First Time" performance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Vehicle Quality Inspection, Automotive After Sales, Workshop Quality Control, or a similar position.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related automotive discipline.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, automotive repair quality standards, road testing, and workshop processes. Experience in identifying repair and quality issues is essential.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred.

Software Skills: Computer literate with the ability to maintain digital records and update job cards, repair orders, and inspection documentation.

Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, customer focus, teamwork, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
