Quality Control Technician

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support product quality, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role performs laboratory and production testing, documents results, and helps ensure products meet established specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Record, review, and maintain accurate test data and documentation.
  • Verify products meet established specifications and quality standards.
  • Investigate and report quality deviations or nonconformances.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
  • Follow safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
  • Partner with production teams to resolve quality concerns.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to interpret procedures, specifications, and test results.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements

  • Associate degree in a scientific or technical field.
  • 2+ years of quality control or laboratory experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience using laboratory testing equipment and quality management systems.
  • Training or certification related to quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP, or internal quality standards).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $21.00.
