Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Successful completion of a 4-year degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science, or related field
Experience in QC Laboratory setting for 1-3 years, ideally in Flavor or Food industry.
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting lab instrumentation, such as spectrophotometers and gas chromatography.
Experience with performance of organoleptic testing and release of product against quality standards
