As a Quality Control Technician – Video 1, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our video equipment is show-ready, safe, and up to spec for every production.
✅ Equipment Inspection – Review, clean, and assess AV gear for functionality and visual condition
✅ Cosmetic Repairs – Replace labels, perform light case fixes, and ensure gear presentation meets LMG standards
✅ Order Fulfillment – Review show orders and verify gear lists are complete and accurate
✅ Pre-Show Testing – Assist in system rack builds and simulate event setups to ensure proper equipment operation
✅ Inventory Maintenance – Keep warehouse organized, barcoded, and optimized for efficient equipment access
✅ Truck Loading – Help stage and load gear for secure, balanced transport to venues
🔹 Detail-focused, organized, and proactive
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
🔹 Experience with video or AV gear (or eager to learn!)
🔹 Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks
🔹 Prior experience in event production or logistics is a plus
