
We’re hiring a Quality Control Supervisor! In this role, you’ll oversee incoming and in-process inspections, coordinating the work of inspectors responsible for incoming materials, circuit card assemblies (CCAs), subassemblies, Class A inspections, Repair Station inspections, and final unit inspections. You’ll also direct training on shop specifications, component recognition, and job duties to ensure work meets assembly standards. You’ll plan and assign work to support production goals and provide day-to-day guidance to the inspection team.
This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. You’ll report to the Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager.
