If you love quality, enjoy leading people, and want to work for a company that values innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement—while still having fun along the way—we’d love to hear from you. Come help us make the best goop in the business.
Innovation runs in our blood, and while we take performance—both in our products and our people—very seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re looking for someone who shows up every day ready to CREATE EXCELLENCE, improve processes, and help their team do their best work.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor who is passionate about quality, loves leading people, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be in the lab, running tests, working with “the goop,” and leading by example.
You’ll coach and guide your team to greatness, partner closely with production, and help us continuously improve how quality flows through our manufacturing process. At Sashco, quality isn’t just one department’s responsibility—it’s everyone’s.
What Success Looks Like
Your impact will be measured by key metrics, including:
Reducing the time a batch spends in quality
Reducing the number of quality “hits” or issues
