Responsibilities

In this role, you are actively involved in monitoring and improving product quality throughout the supply chain. You are visible in the warehouse of our service provider, collaborate closely with various teams, and ensure that quality standards are not only met but continuously raised.

With your sharp eye and proactive mindset, you directly contribute to a reliable and consistent product experience for our customers.

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming products according to Driscoll’s standards

• Support customers with quality-related queries and provide training where needed

• Ensure clear and timely communication of quality findings

• Monitor product quality and proactively identify deviations

• Record and analyze inspection results

• Contribute to quality improvement programs and initiate improvement ideas

• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the supply chain

Candidate Profile

As a Quality Inspector, you are the guardian of our high quality standards. Based at the location of our service provider in Taufkirchen (Germany), you ensure that our products meet both customer expectations and Driscoll’s quality requirements.
You work closely with internal teams and customers, identify improvement opportunities, and actively contribute to continuously improving quality and processes.

You are someone who gets energy from quality, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working together to achieve the best results.
You also bring:

• An MBO-level qualification is a plus. However, the right mindset and a hands-on mentality are the most important. Therefore, we are also open to meeting candidates without a diploma but with the right attitude
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
• Willingness to work on weekends when necessary and to travel to other location
• Affinity with quality and fresh products (experience in fresh produce/AGF is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Good command of the English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A proactive, accurate, and service-oriented attitude
• Good command of the German language is a strict requirement
• Willingness to work on weekends when necessary and to travel to other location
