Job Description

• Monitor and handle operational issues, abnormal cases, processing time appeals, and fine reduction or exemption requests.
• Investigate operational problems, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Prepare and maintain reports on quality issues, case progress, and resolution status.
• Analyze recurring issues and support process improvements, SOP implementation, and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Improvement, Quality Control, Operations, Process Improvement, or Logistics.
• Mandarin speaker is mandatory, with good communication skills in a professional working environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
