Job Description

About Us

STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.

We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems, not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe today.

About the team

We are a Quality Control team working directly with the production of UAVs. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality at different stages of production — from incoming inspection of components to in-process and final inspection. We work closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify issues, prevent defects, and continuously improve quality processes.

Your mission

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will ensure that products meet requirements at all stages of production — from incoming material inspection to the acceptance of finished products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming inspection of materials, components, and finished products.
  • Perform measurements, functional tests, and visual inspections according to technical documentation.
  • Record inspection results, prepare reports, and identify non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and adhere to quality control standards in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and military regulations.
  • Participate in preparation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control within manufacturing (mechanical engineering, electronics, aviation, or defense is a plus).
  • Knowledge of quality principles and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work with technical drawings, documentation, and measuring equipment.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and a systematic approach.
  • Basic experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Intermediate English (reading technical documentation + spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience participating in certification audits.
  • Knowledge of military standards, including NATO AQAP.
  • Experience in quality control of electronic components or aviation products.
