Texas Instruments is looking for a dynamic and detailed-oriented lab operator to perform quality control activities within one of our labs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs
  • Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sample and test incoming components and raw materials
  • Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards
  • Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated
  • Assess draft and final label copy, utilize knowledge of labeling regulations
  • Minimize down time by reducing production rework and recalls

Minimum requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Understand complex processing of material flow

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualified to perform visual inspections, AVI inspections, wafer splits, and wafer packing
  • Knowledgeable with various TI quality-related systems
