We are one of the largest, privately owned medical alert service providers in the United States. Founded in 1977, we own and operate the largest UL listed medical monitoring center in the United States. We are exceeding the needs of the rapidly growing senior population and their caregivers. We are currently seeking a part time Quality Control Specialist to work in the sales department of our rapidly growing medical alarm monitoring organization.

As a Quality Control Specialist you will:

• Monitor and document agent call quality in support of departmental goals and initiatives
• Verify that agents are utilizing appropriate scripting and providing accurate solutions to customers
• Record evaluations utilizing departmental quality monitoring forms
• Provide management with results and trend data as required
• Participate in the design of all quality monitoring forms and standards

As a Quality Control Specialist you’ll need:

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft applications to include: Outlook and Excel
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Exceptional listening skills
• Previous QA/QC contact center experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
