Job Number:

·Supervise and manage all Quality Control functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors for day-to-day QC functions.

·Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.

·Act as a coordination point for ISO internal and external audits

·Plan and undertake Subcontractor audits and reviews of Sub contractor quality control programs.

·Supervise Soil investigation and batching plant assessment.

·Coordinate with the Clients and subcontractors for carrying out field compaction test on soil, cube tests & slump tests on concrete and the various third-party tests on soil and concrete.

·Supervise pre-concrete inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebar’s and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards.

·Supervise Inspection of Concreting, Fireproofing and Asphalt paving.

·Supervise Inspection of Building works.

Lead the land surveyors by carrying out constant checks in levels and coordinates and ensure that they are in accordance with the project specifications.

·Bachelor Degree of civil Engineering.

·Team leadership.

·Holder of IPMA certificate.

·Conflict and grievance resolution.

·Related Field Experience3 to 5 years

·Preferred Requirements:

oISO Lead Auditor Training.

oAny additional qualification to the Engineering degree
