  • Maintain Punch Lists and monitor corrective actions through final inspection and acceptance.
  • Participate in quality meetings, prepare weekly quality reports, identify recurring quality issues, and recommend preventive measures to minimize defects and rework.
  • Compile inspection records, material quality certificates, concealed works acceptance documents, and NCR closure records for final documentation, archiving, and project handover.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction quality control or site quality inspection within construction, engineering, or MEP projects.
  • Hands-on experience conducting construction quality inspections, material verification, and technical acceptance checks for MEP or civil construction works.
  • Practical experience managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Punch Lists, and corrective action follow-ups.
  • Experience coordinating with construction teams, project owners, supervision consultants, and third-party inspectors to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret MEP drawings, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems, as well as civil construction drawings, technical specifications, and relevant acceptance standards.
  • Knowledge of construction inspection and testing methods, including dimensional measurements, pressure testing, insulation testing, grounding checks, and airflow or water flow measurements.
  • Ability to operate inspection and measuring instruments, including tape measures, calipers, spirit levels, thickness gauges, insulation resistance testers, and earth resistance testers.
  • Strong understanding of ITPs, NCRs, inspection checklists, Punch Lists, quality documentation, and project handover requirements.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as K3, Welding Inspection, or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), are an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to maintaining construction quality standards.
