Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector – 2nd Shift (Hixon)

Location: Lebanon, TN

Agency: Abacus Corporation – Smyrna Branch

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (10-Hour Shift)

• U.S. Citizenship: You must provide a U.S. Passport or U.S. Birth Certificate at onboarding.

• NO ELECTRONICS: Personal cell phones, smartwatches, and all other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the facility. All personal items must be left in your vehicle or secured in a locker.

Abacus is hiring detail-oriented inspectors for a high-security facility in Lebanon. This role is focused on the final visual inspection of products to ensure they meet cosmetic standards before they reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cosmetic Inspection: Thoroughly check products for surface flaws such as scratches, dents, or chips.

• Quality Verification: Ensure every item is in "good condition" and meets the final quality checklist.

• Physical Stamina: This position requires standing for the full duration of a 10-hour shift.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Documentation: Must have a U.S. Passport or U.S. Birth Certificate.

• Focus: Ability to maintain high attention to detail for long periods.

• Reliability: We need workers who are on time every day for this 2nd shift schedule.

• Start Date: Looking for candidates who can start immediately.
