DVO 倉管與調撥： 負責生產物料 DVO 區域的庫存管理，確保物料進出帳目清晰；協助前線生產文員提取與交接物料（如紙管 Core 等），確保生產線不斷料，並與主倉庫 (WH) 保持緊密溝通。
包裝作業： 參與並支援生產部的成品包裝作業，確保包裝方式及防護標準符合客戶要求；
廠房 5S 與廢棄物管理： 負責處理及分類生產線的廢棄物及耗材，符合 EHS (環境安全衛生) 規定；維持出貨區、包裝區及物料區的 5S（整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養）標準；
日常品質抽查： 根據 SOP 及檢查清單 (Checklist)，對本廠或外發回貨的產品進行日常質量抽查，對超出公差標準的產品進行記錄與反饋；
特殊包裝檢驗： 跟進特殊分模及包裝類產品的質量控制，確保產品在保證質量的前提下順利出貨；
品檢支援： 在旺季或領班休假時，協助抽查重點客戶的產品品質；配合部門調動，靈活支援包裝或 QC 崗位；

學歷： 中學畢業或以上學歷。
經驗： 具備 1-2 年倉儲管理或生產製造相關工作經驗或具備基礎 QC 品檢經驗者優先考慮。
基礎操作能力： 具備基礎動手能力與良好手眼協調性（如紙箱封箱、標籤貼附等），能熟練或學習使用辦公室基礎設備（如影印機、印表機等）。
電腦技能： 基本電腦操作（如 Word, Excel），具備使用 ERP 或庫存管理系統經驗者尤佳。
語言能力： 懂讀寫中文及基礎英文（需處理簡單英文物流與檢驗文件）。
體力與適應力： 能適應現場包裝、物料搬運等體力勞動工作；具備強大的多工作業能力，能靈活切換於現場倉儲作業與基礎品檢文書之間。
細心與對數字敏感： 做事細心負責，對庫存數量及產品公差數據敏感且準確。
團隊合作： 具備良好的溝通技巧，能與生產操作員、領班及外部物流人員順暢協作。
安全意識： 具備良好的安全與環保意識，願意主動維護廠區整潔。
