Job Description

Location: Spain - Naval Station Rota & Morón Air Base   ECC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for upcoming work in Spain, supporting ongoing and new fuels infrastructure projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base The Quality Control Manager must manage the Contractor Quality Control program and organization for the assigned project to assure compliance with the site-specific Quality Control Plan and contract requirements.  Experience in fuels work is desired but not required.  Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Rota or Morón, Spain.
  • Five (5) years of work experience in a position directly related to construction with two (2) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager
  • Education A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement under certain circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC project experience.
