Quality Control Manager | QA QC Manager | Jobs in Dubai

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Up to AED 35,000 per month

Our client, a prominent charity foundation in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager who is fluent in Arabic. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality control processes within the foundation, ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems across all departments.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate quality standards into operational processes.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control practices and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead a team of quality control professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in leading quality control initiatives in a complex organizational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the charity or non-profit sector.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with the cultural and regulatory landscape of the UAE.
